Well that was a long winter (and hockey season)!! We are opening our treatment room back up for the spring and summer months. I am so close to being done school and will be able to offer acupuncture this Fall :) Please reach out directly if you have gift certificates or had a previously booked appointment that I needed to reschedule! Reflexology appointments are very limited and need to be booked directly, all other appointments can be booked through our website.

30 minute CUPPING sessions - $30.00

Cupping is an ancient healing treatment that places either glass cups (fire cupping) or plastic suction cups to the skin in order to increase blood and nutrient flow to the area. This increase in blood flow encourages and speeds up recovery. Most often applied to the neck, shoulders and/or back.

Potential Benefits of Cupping Therapy

Treatment includes
- palpation and light oil massage to pressure and pain areas

I will be closing the yoga studio after this month. It's proven to be too challenging to commit to being out of the house with kids. If there is enough interest I will launch an online subscription model where you can attend virtually as many times as you want.

The Rustic Room and services are for people looking to feel better in their body, mind and spirit. We treat each client as an individual and frame treatments specific to them. We work on the subtle energies of the body and mind to bring balance and restore a state of bliss.

Yoga classes starting the second week of March. Classes are 1 hour in length with Yoga, Qigong and Pranayama all included. Send me a message if you would like to reserve a spot. Tuesday mornings @ 9AM, Wednesday mornings @ 9AM, Thursday mornings at 9AM and Wednesday evenings @ 4:30PM. 4 classes for $60.00 or 8 classes for $100.00.

Melissa Rochus and Melissa Robertson will provide a double treatment with one providing reflexology and one providing reiki. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a client intake form and settle in to a peaceful space.
