❗If you're on the Canadian Dental plan, you need to renew it between April 15 and June 1 ❗

To renew, you must have filed 2025 tax return and received the 2025 Notice of Assessment.

Eligibility:
🦷 Be a Canadian resident for tax purposes
🦷 Be 18-64 years old
🦷 Have an adjusted family net income is less than $90,000
🦷 Have filed for individual 2025 tax return in Canada
🦷 Do not have access to any dental insurance

You can apply for the first time starting June 2, 2026.
