Have you heard of YourHealthNS?
It is an app that you can download for you to have access to your own health information. Almost like having “your medical chart” in your pocket!
It will show upcoming appointments, medications, hospital visits and stays, health visits and more.
Labs and diagnostic results are not available yet but will be in the future!
