Please be advised that Dr.Carol Dennison will be relocating her practice to a NEW office starting October 14th. Her last day at Berwick Family Practice will be October 2nd. 👩🏻‍⚕️🩺

Her new location will be Kingston Family Health Centre. 🩺👩🏻‍⚕️
