The Loft Yoga and Wellness welcomes you to a cozy winter’s hip opening event. Join Cassie on your mat for an all-levels journey to de-stress both physically and mentally.
These exercises significantly increase flexibility in the hips, leading to improved mobility. As tight hip muscles are loosened, we can notice an improvement in posture, which helps alleviate strain on the lower back and spine. It also plays a crucial role in reducing pain and tension often caused by prolonged sitting or standing and providing relief.
The release of tightness often coincides with the release of stored emotional tension too, fostering a sense of calm and relaxation especially when paired in an inviting and safe space to practice. The focus required during these exercises encourages mindfulness, enabling individuals to stay present and connect more deeply with their bodies.
As always we will add gratitude into our practice and you can count on a good nights rest after this class.
