Important update about changes within my massage therapy practice!

I have taken an opportunity to practice full time in Regina at Healthy Roots!
This is a very exciting opportunity and I'm thrilled to be adding more hours to this incredible office.
However, it is bitter sweet, as this means I will have very limited time available to practice in Bethune.
As of June 1st, I will be removing my online booking option for DC Wellness in Bethune.
If you are still wanting to book with me in Bethune, please reach out to me directly and I will do my best to find a time to accommodate you.

For anyone with gift certificates that haven't been used yet, you will still be able to use them with me! You can either book directly with me in Bethune, or book with me in Regina at Healthy Roots!

FAQ Friday!

Have you ever experienced post-massage treatment soreness?
It is completely normal to have some discomfort after a massage treatment, especially following a deep therapeutic treatment.
This typically only lasts up to 48 hours and you can help speed up the time by applying ice to the areas of discomfort!
Prefer to have little to no soreness after the treatment?
Just mention it to your massage therapist and they will be able to adjust the pressure of your treatment appropriately!
