✨Bewdley Community Centre yoga is back! ✨Everyone welcome, message to register or drop in.

✨The Hatha Yoga practice is designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. Poses are beginner friendly with options to go deeper. Stretch and strengthen and prepare the body for a rewarding final relaxation (many people’s favourite part)

✨All you need is a yoga mat (I have extras if you need to borrow). I provide blankets and eye coverings for your comfort and to deepen the experience.

Need a night of self care?

Join Kelly for a 1 hour restorative yoga class followed by tea.

Restorative yoga is a highly nurturing, healing form of yoga using supportive props while holding poses for a longer duration. Some of benefits of this practice include reduced stress, improved sleep, lower heart rate, calming of the nervous system, reduced anxiety, relief of muscular tension, among many more. The poses will allow you to quiet the body and the mind, resulting in a deep level of healing.

No experience required, open to all levels

Classes are suitable for total newbies, as well as those experienced in yoga. I teach Hatha style yoga, while incorporating mindfulness into the classes. We take things pretty slow, and not too seriously ;)
