Sorry I have been MIA for quite some time. But I am still here 😁

My evenings are booking quite quickly but if you want to skip out of work early for your weekend and get pampered I do have some day appointments available on Fridays. 🧖‍♀️

We have been put enjoying the weather as much as we can and last weekend we decided to do a hike where we should have brought a machete to cut our way through the brush. It was hot and scratchy but still fun.

Who doesn't love a good skin pick me up?? 🥰

But truth me told what I love even more is a full Glow up!! ✨️

Its true one Sculpt and Glow Microcurrent Facial will give you results but depending on your goals I will likely recommend a series and skincare!

So what is the "usual" recommendation? 🤔

Honestly until I've seen your skin it's hard to say but the 2 most common recommendations are

1. A series of 3 facials close together (think 1 or 2 a week) so we are working with results from previous facials. Then moving to maintenance to keep those results up

2. A series of 6 close together then moving to maintenance.

Gravity never disappears, aging doesn't stop. So if we want those lasting results we do need to put in some commitment.

Today I get to treat 3 wonderful women and I decided to use some sacred mountain in my diffuser!

Sacred mountain smells amazing but also brings a sense of calming and balance.

Do you ever use a mask??

I love this charcoal clay mask! It's got a little exfoliation, lots of clarifying of the pores yet it's still hydrating! My skin always feels amazing after!

You can use a mask once or twice a week. It helps reduce pores size, improves skin texture, brightens and tightens.

But if you use it too often you can dry out your skin and upset the skin barrier.

I always recommend Monthly facials!!
