I have openings during the day this Friday November 3rd. It’s been a long time since I’ve offered day time appointments. 😊 For those of you that don’t know what is available, I offer access bars and reiki which are both energy modalities. I am also a therapist
And registered social worker (which is covered by insurance)
I work with adults, kids and couples.
Throughout my career I have specialized in mental and addiction.
I am passionate about self care and recovery from trauma.
I love combining education, energy and truth to empower others.

This journey has been tough and real. Un-becoming every thought and feeling that isn’t who I truly am. Some of this programmed from when I was a little girl and some as an adult … all hard to unravel…. And totally worth all the hard work.
