My name is Sandy Falk, and l'm a certified Doula with Dona International. I desire to make the birth experience as rewarding and satisfying as possible.

I am a mom and doula who feels honoured to be present with women and their families in the miraculous process of birth. My aim is to help ensure that a woman/couple's birth plan is acknowledged and followed as closely as possible. I do not replace midwives or physicians but am present solely for the physical comfort and emotional well-being of the woman and her family during labour and delivery and in the first few days after birth. I hope to ensure that you have the most positive birth story possible and that it is preserved and documented both in words and photographs. You will receive this memory in hard cover book form as well as a CD of photos.

What a great way to end a crazy busy doula work week! This big guy was not impressed to leave his cozy residence so fast. He shouldn't really complain though as he was evicted right on his due date! His momma went from 5cm to baby out in less than 2 hours! She was absolutely a.mazing!

Introducing my 6th precious grandbaby. She is so beautiful. 🥰 I was honored to be invited to be part of her birth. Her mom is incredibly strong and so very courageous. Her dad stuck right by her side supporting her. This is definitely the most special and emotional birth I've ever been a part of. What a privilege. I love you baby girl 🩷

This little sweetie 🥰 I had the privilege of spending 2 nights a week in January and February, snuggling her so mom and dad could have some uninterrupted sleep. My good friend and doula Kerry Collier got snuggles twice a week as well. Postpartum Doulas provide care after the birth of a baby. It includes but is not limited to, infant care; sibling care; postpartum support; errands; light housekeeping; laundry; and meal preparation.
I love being a doula. 💕
