Happy September! 🍁
It is crazy to believe that we are entering the last quarter of the year. That means it’s only 4 months or 16 weeks away from the end of the of the year. Which also means, most of your insurance benefits will reset, so here is your reminder to use them before you loose them! (That goes for the kids and husbands too 😜)
I’ve got till the end of October opened up for online booking! If you are in need of evening appointments, please book ahead as those spots are very limited!

Hey Everyone! 👋
It has been a minute since I have shown my face on here, so I thought I would say hello and share a little about me on this ‘beautiful’ Spring day! ❄️

I have been an RMT for 4 years, graduated from Lethbridge College in 2021 and moved to Turner Valley basically the same day and I absolutely love it here!

I get asked often as to what style of massage I offer, which is a therapeutic experience. But I am also versatile when it comes to my clients needs, just ask!

You may see me walking my dogs around town and I probably won’t wave or see you because I am heavily invested in audio book or a True crime podcast, I promise I am not angry 😂

Fun Fact about me. At the age of 19, I was an Assistant Manager for Walmart for almost 6 years, and worked for them for just shy of 9 years. I worked mostly in Lethbridge, but spent three years in Wetaskiwin. It used to be a huge part of my identity as it was a very time consuming career and its taken me awhile to find myself again, but I loved every minute of the chaos those days brought, just glad to no longer have the stress!

This Spring and Summer I have goals to find some new hobbies and am very excited to get out hiking and push myself outside of my comfort zone a little bit more!

Do you set yourself weekly or monthly goals? I am checklist person. Love to write down my to do lists, then it feels even better when they’re crossed off!

Last week was my Anniversary, and I thought I should still make a post!

I am proud to celebrate three years! 🎉It has been 3 whole years since I have started my practice in the small town of Diamond Valley, and it has been amazing! I have met so many lovely people along the way, and I am excited for the year to come! I cannot thank all of my clients enough for the support they continue to show me.
