I’m sad the summer has come to an end already 😕 It really is my favourite time of the year! I’m spending today & tomorrow cleaning, reorganizing, and revamping for the fall season. I will be posting about our fall schedule over the next few days. I’m very excited for things to come 💚💚

Roxanne is in this morning to teach Strength and Stability 🙌🏽🙌🏽 I’m off to finish the with a bike on the pathway between Canmore & Banff!

The studio will be closed over the long weekend. Then I will be taking a few days to do a deep clean and set the space up for the Fall 🍂🍂 Classes will start back up on Thursday September 4th.

Have a fun and safe long weekend and I will look forward to seen you in September 😎

For six years, I used Squarespace for my website. It took some playing around to figure everything out, and once I did I loved my site. But as of today, when you head to www.heartfelt.yoga you will be directed to my new website on Offeringtree. Out with the old, in with the new!

You can teach your family & friends, your coworkers, your clients, your patients, your neighbours, the teachers at the school, a sports team, the new mom, the babies, the kids, the tweens & the teens! You can teach in the park, at a studio, in a gym, at the community centre, in a living room, in a conference room, on zoom or YouTube!
