I love celebrating milestones 🎉 and what better milestone to celebrate than a birthday 🎁

As a Sagittarius, I wish I was sitting on a beach or something like that…but that’s not in the cards for this birthday. I am taking a few days off, though, to nurture myself and putter around the house!

For this reason, the class schedule will be a little lighter this week! Camille will be in to teach Blissful evening tomorrow at 7:30 pm and Roxanne will be teaching Strength & Stability on Wednesday at 5:30 pm and I will see you again on Thursday for HeartFelt Flow at 6 pm 💚💚

Happy Monday 😊

I don’t know if it’s the change of seasons, or the in-depth teaching I have been offering over the last few months…either way, I’m craving some silence! For me, it’s in silence that I find my strength. I think this is why social media is hard for me. I’m not one who feels the need to share my every move. I like to just quietly go about my business, doing my best to make the world a little more peaceful 💚
