"I recently had the opportunity to experience Gong Symphony Immersion conducted by Erin at the Saving Grace Yoga Centre in Blackville.
I had no prior experience or knowledge regarding the healing power of the Gong, and no idea what to expect.
After the 2 hour session ( which flew by) I was totally amazed by the healing power of the Gong.
It was not only physical but emotional healing that I experienced.
The sound and energy that comes from the Gong is incredible.
I actually felt the sound travel through my body and provided healing where needed. This was an actual physical experience felt during the session.
Emotional the Gong unblocked something I have been carrying for years.
The experience was totally amazing.
