Crowsnest Companion is a locally-owned and family-operated company providing non-medical care and services for the elderly and their families. To clarify, when we say "the elderly and their families", we are saying our mission is to support and facilitate independent living in, not only seniors, but the members of their families as well. Our approach to providing care and services for seniors is based solidly and entirely on our belief that all members of the family deserve quality of life. We feel saddened to see family relationships become strained when older members become less able to attend to all of their own needs. Most adult children and often grandchildren eventually feel obligated to help out and in time come to feel "put out". Resentments inevitably build, ultimately robbing the entire family of what should otherwise be a wonderful time, enjoying their aging loved ones in their final years. Crowsnest Companion is a newly-formed company designed to offer a holistic solution benefiting seniors who wish to age-in-place and their family members who want to respect their wishes. Our care and services allow family members to continue to enjoy their lifestyles and activities while maintaining a loving relationship with their aging loved ones, who also continue to enjoy their own lifestyles and activities with a helping hand from Crowsnest Companion.
