For those of our patients who have had the privilege of meeting one of our amazing residents, Dr. Kapilan Panchendrabose, we are proud to share that he was awarded the Society of Rural Physicians of Canada (SRPC) Rural Resident Essay Award!
Our physicians have a long history of supporting medical learners in the Crowsnest Pass and are so proud to see them recognized for their hard work and dedication.

Congratulations to our very own Dr. Penner on her Fellowship of Rural and Remote Medicine of the SRPC award!!
The Fellowship award is presented to physicians who are previous recipients of the Rural Service Award, work in rural and remote communities, serve as rural preceptors for students and residents, and serve on an SRPC committee.
We are so grateful for her ongoing care and support of rural health care in our community and beyond!
