All classes deliver a total-body workout with a warm up and a cool down. Our certified instructors will challenge you and modify exercises so you get a workout for your ability level. We’ll teach you the foundational exercises and movements before you progress to more challenging ones. Remember, everybody has a first time. Come in and get started today and we will make sure you have everything you need to succeed at The Studio. Stretch & Relax Yoga
Focus on your wellness; let go of stress and tension from the day with a moderate series of Yoga poses followed by a rejuvenating relaxation practice or guided visualization. Easy Yoga
A soothing ‘Easy does it’ Yoga based practice designed for a beginner. Focus on body alignment, inner awareness, moving with breath. Frequent use of body supports such as chairs, or blocks. Restorative movements followed by relaxation practice to help cope with daily discomforts. Also suitable for those with mobility concerns, arthritis, joint problems or those in recovery

YogaFit
The benefits of a regular YogaFit practice are the same with a traditional yoga practice plus the added element of fitness. Taught with a vinyasa style or “flow” along with the focus on the breath, YogaFit fluidly links poses using one breath to one movement. In turn this creates strength, flexibility, endurance and balance for greater health and mental awareness of the student. Tai-Chi
This is a graceful form of exercise that is widely used for stress reduction. it involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and is accompanied by deep breathing. Senior TRX
This class uses your body weight, gravity and the TRX Suspension Trainer to develop strength, mobility, endurance and core stability simultaneously. In this class you will focus on the Foundational Movements: Squat, Lunge, Hinge, Push, Pull, Plank. After these foundational movements are set only will the progressive exercises be taught. Standards remain the same, conditions change. Roll Out
Take the time to give back to your body. In this class we will use self-myofascial release tools to set your body free. Breathe with intention, mindfully meet resistance and restore movement back to your body.
