Empowering Balance Sound Practitioners, Stress Management Services Through the years we have experienced and learned about different modalities.

For many years we have been involved in and learning about alternative, natural ways to maintain & improve our health. In 2003 we became certified reflexologists. In 2010 we went to a group sound night and experienced for ourselves for the first time the power of sound & IQubes. Since then we have been sharing this with other, using sound to help people release & reduce physical mental & emotional

stress. Things that have been holding people subconsciously from living the amazing life we are all meant to live. During this time our lives have changed in many amazing ways, our family relationships are better, we have shorter periods of stress, emotional & distressful things are shorter & less severe, relief from headaches & more

Having had both parents pass away in 17 months, my dad very recently in April, I understand wanting to get messages from loved ones no longer on the earth.

write down everything on every that you are ready to let go of, physicall, mentally, emotionally, financially, people, places, things, experiences.

then burn a white tea light, setting the intention to release & let go of anything known or unknown blocking you from letting them go, in all times, levels & spaces

let the candle burn out on its own
