Why do I suck at pull-ups?
Because I avoid them like laundry on a Sunday.
But guess what?
Practice = progress. Let’s go. 💥
I have not made this into a regular habit...yet?
I've been practicing hanging and improving my grip strength...I'm not in a hurry....breaking it down into simple steps and fitting it in when I'm in the mood.

I’ll never forget sitting in the optometrist’s office in my 50s, frustrated that I needed yet another pair of stronger glasses. When I asked if there was anything I could do to improve my vision, the answer was blunt:
“No. You're just getting old.”

No explanation. No alternatives. No hope.
But I didn’t buy it.

Over time, I noticed that my food looked blurry. My dashboard was fuzzy while driving. My eyes felt strained and tired. Something felt off.

I didn't want to keep having to get stronger and stronger prescriptions!

So I stopped accepting that declining vision was just part of aging.

I dove into research, invested in natural vision courses, practiced the exercises—and guess what?



👉 I can now read without glasses at times
👉 My dashboard and dinner plate? Clear again
👉 I’ve learned how light, posture, stress, and muscle tension all affect eyesight
