🦶 Ankles: Where Stability Meets Mobility

Healthy ankles need both strength and mobility. When ankles move well, your body absorbs force instead of dumping it into the knees, hips, or low back. Good ankle function = better balance, smoother walking, and less joint strain.

Circle each ankle slowly 5 times in each direction, then gently rock forward and back through your feet while standing.
