After studying Natural nutrition with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition I knew I had to work with food hands on. This led me to both the restaurant and organic farming industries. My experience as a Chef has been amazing, creating nourishing meals for people is incredibly satisfying and working on organic farms, planting seeds, caring for the plants, harvesting, selling at markets and supplying restaurants with fresh and locally grown produce - You really can't get more hands on than that!

I'm very excited to now be offering personal, vegan meal delivery. This service is designed to help people eat well. I believe eating well is pivotal to maintaining your health.
