Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful moms, grandmothers, and mother figures who fill our lives with love, kindness, and wisdom. 🌸💖

We had such a lovely time celebrating together at our Mother’s Day Tea. The room was filled with lots of smiles, sweet treats, and cherished moments shared with the amazing women who mean so much to us.

Today, and every day, we are so thankful for our mothers and all the love and care they have given throughout the years. Wishing all moms a beautiful Mother’s Day filled with joy, love, and appreciation. 💐☕

🎄Friday our home was filled with lots of love an laughter as we celebrated our annual family Christmas party. Seeing our residents surrounded by the people who mean the most to them is a reminder of what truly matters. Thank you to everyone who helped make it possible. We would appreciate it if you could send our residents a Christmas card. We will collect them and spend our afternoon tea opening them up and spreading Christmas wishes to all our residents.

🎅🏼 4th Annual Secret Santa for the Central New Brunswick Nursing Home! 🎁

Back for another holiday season! Let’s again show our appreciation and love for our local nursing home residents! I’m organizing the fourth annual Secret Santa, and I’d love for you to be part of it. Here’s how it works:

1. The nursing home will provide us with wish lists for each resident 📋

2. I’ll distribute these lists to you, our Secret Santas! Participate on your own or with family, friends or coworkers! 🎅🏼

3. You’ll purchase the items on the list, or if you’d prefer, you can provide a monetary donation for gift purchasing 🎁

4. I will collect the gifts in late November to early December. Local drop off times will be setup closer to that time 🚗

5. I will deliver the gifts to the residents at Christmas time with help from my little elf🎄

Donated funds will be used to purchase gifts for the residents; in the past this has included the purchasing of adaptive clothing and new pillows for the residents. If there’s money left over, it will be used to purchase supplies or donated to the nursing home’s activity department to support their programming.

Additionally, I’d love to put together a Staff Appreciation Basket to thank the amazing caregivers who work so hard all year long. Please let me know if you’d like to contribute to the basket!

Let’s make this holiday season unforgettable for both the residents and staff. Comment below or message me if you’d like to participate. I will then send you a few questions to help me better distribute the lists!
