The struggle is real 😁

When your social events, your work, your travels, your vacations all revolve around your Bikram Yoga practice, you know you have your priorities set for life.

Bikram asks, "What is the most important thing in your life?"

Your Spine = Your Life
Happy Spine = Happy Life

Healthy Lungs = Healthy Life

In a Bikram Yoga class you work on the spine with your breath. In the process of compressing, stretching, twisting and moving the spine you get the organs and glands and all the 11 systems in your body oxygen, prana, life force, cosmic energy, divine energy, God energy, whatever you want to call it. When you contract and stretch over 600 muscles in your body, you move organs around which increase the drainage of lymph. Lymph is a thick viscous fluid rich in immune cells that fight infections. Stimulating and exercising various glands in compression postures give a boost to your immune system. A strong immune system will fight infections effectively, destroy cancerous cells in the body and drain toxic waste through an efficient disposal system.

So, yeah ...
