With over six years of experience in the fitness world, I have always believed in the power of exercise. What began as a passion for weight training and staying active quickly evolved into a lifelong commitment to helping others discover the same sense of empowerment that working out brought to me. As a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor, I found a new kind of strength and challenge through Pilates. The passion I felt though practising pilates inspired me to become an instructor, determined to share the benefits and beauty of this practice with others.
My classes are designed to challenge both the body and the mind — helping people push past mental barriers, tap into their physical strength, and discover what they’re truly capable of. Expect to feel the burn (in the best way possible), sweat out stress, and leave each class stronger, and more confident than before. I believe fitness should never feel like a chore — it should be something you want to show up for. My goal is to create a space that’s welcoming, empowering, and full of energy, where everyone feels included, no matter their fitness level. I want to remind my clients that our bodies and minds are powerful beyond measure — and that Pilates is more than just a workout, it’s a journey of growth and self-discovery.
