A part of working with a practitioner who focuses in burnout + chronic stress, is doing a deep dive into your lab work. 📈

Chronic stress can wreak havoc on our body 🤯, in more ways than one. It impacts hormone regulation on many levels, and can coincide with many other health concerns, which can worsen fatigue and symptoms (ex. the nutrient deficiencies).

Getting a thorough, holistic assessment from someone who focuses in this area is key 🔑 to optimizing health and addressing your concerns fully and deeply.

Real post, real talks and vulnerability.

Tbh I’ve felt this way almost all of my life. And it feels a bit scary/vulnerable to share this here but I know I’m not alone.

New years usually feels boring to me, or draining. This year was the first time I did what I truly wanted, and I felt happy, content, and aligned.

I know there are some people who also feel indifferent or odd about new years, and I’d love to hear more. It is definitely not talked about enough.

There definitely is a positive side to it, and I’m sure we can always find things that went well for us, it may just take some extra effort and work to get unstuck.

Regardless, I hope we find the positive, and learn to be kinder to ourselves 🫶🏽💓
