💪 Simple Spine Stretches to Feel Better Every Day

Take a few minutes to move your spine, release tension, and improve posture:

1️⃣ Cat-Cow – On hands and knees, alternate arching your back (lifting chest and tailbone) and rounding it (tucking chin and pelvis). Loosens the spine and warms up back muscles.

2️⃣ Child’s Pose – Sit back on your heels and reach your arms forward, letting your chest drop toward the floor. Gently stretches the spine and relieves lower back tension.

3️⃣ Seated Spinal Twist – Sit tall, place one hand behind you and the opposite hand on your knee, and gently twist. Promotes rotation, reduces stiffness, and improves mid-back mobility.

4️⃣ Chest Opener – Clasp hands behind your back and lift slightly while opening the chest. Helps counteract slouching and tight chest muscles for better posture.

5️⃣ Hip Flexor Stretch – Step into a low lunge, keeping the back knee down and shifting hips forward. Relieves tight hips from sitting and reduces strain on the lower back.

✨ Doing these stretches regularly can help reduce stiffness, improve posture, and keep your spine strong and healthy!
