Sandra strives to offer women a safe and quiet haven to get away from the everyday stresses of life. Sandra provides a variety of soothing treatments to leave you feeling de-stressed and re-charged.

REMINDER.... and maybe a bit of a rant but it seems it needs to be said..... these next 3 WEEKS are my busiest times in the clinic so I ask you to please be considerate and keep a couple things in mind.....
1- If in the few days leading up to your appointment should you experience any symptoms (new or worsening- cough/cold/flu) or any illness, kindly cancel this appointment. I don't want to be sick and miss work or miss my family time over Christmas
2- If you know you need to change or cancel this appointment due to a conflict in your calendar please let me know as soon as possible as I do have a wait list.
3- In the event of last minute cancellation please note that a 12hour cancellation policy is in effect, no exceptions, you will be billed accordingly
All of these considerations help me and other clients when properly executed

Laundry…. This is what 5 different loads of laundry looks like. This equals 7 treatments….1&1/2 days work approximately….. Yes I do a lot of laundry, yes I do laundry everyday as well as our personal laundry…. FACT:every piece of linen on the table is one time use only

Our Story

Established in Bolton for over 25 years. Offering a safe and quiet haven for women to get away from the everyday stresses of life. Providing you a variety of soothing treatments that will leave you feeling de-stressed and re-charged.

MASSAGE THERAPY is a deep tissue,traditional Swedish style massage. Treatments range from 30 min - 90 minute sessions. Pre-natal massage also available, we have a specialized pillow for pregnancy for ultimate comfort.

THAI HOT STEM (body) treatments uses heated herbal compresses to relieve aches and pains, and re-balance the body. The 90 minute body treatment is a fusion of Chinese acupressure, Thai yoga massage, and Hawaiian LomiLomi. This combination of styles is then finished with the use of heated compresses(or stems) to provide a deep sense of relaxation for your mind and body.

THAI HOT STEM FACIAL The 30 and 60 minute facial treatments combine acupressure and Thai sen line technique with compress work together to melt away tension in your scalp, jaw and face. The heated compress (stems) rejuvenates the skin leaving your face radiant and glowing.
