I grew up playing sports which has shaped my passion for fitness and health and in becoming a firm believer that movement is the key foundation for living a long healthy lifestyle. Achieving pain-fr

ee and functional movement is at the core of my individualized treatment plans, whether it is sport-injury related, postural related or dealing with a chronic ailment of the spine and/or extremities. I combine evidence based manual therapies such as joint manipulations/mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, electrical stimulation and acupuncture with rehabilitative exercise to achieve successful outcomes. I treat a wide-range of conditions with biomechanical origin such as plantar fasciitis, strains/sprains, low back pain, neck pain, migraine/headaches among many others as well provide sport injury prevention and postural modification to maintain a healthy regime. My passion for the chiropractic profession and to help my patients achieve their best selves is what drives me to continue learning and ensuring that I stay up-to-date with the most recent studies in the health and wellness field.
