Still reflecting back on Feed Your Soul Retreat. So much healing and information shared. So grateful for the opportunity to do so many sessions. The feedback from doing the deep chakra healing was so powerful. I know many of the attendees were asking when I will be coming to Boyle to do more sessions. Once Terry is back from her deserving break away I will let you all know and I will book a full day. You all have my card in your bag and I will still honor the promotion of a complimentary foot detox along with a session. You can also reach out to me through FB or messenger!!!

Last year I discovered Reverest haskap you pick just up the road from me. Today i picked 4.5 four L pails (the big ice cream pails) I will freeze them and use them in my yogurt or I love to add them to my triple berry crisp. Love having fresh fruit from locals along with my fruit I grow on my acreage. Check them out. Call or text Andy. I have 6 cookie trays full of them. Once frozen i will bag them up and enjoy all winter long. 😋

What a great weekend with Debra Morris. We did the walk for Big Gifts for Little Lives then headed to Calgary for the Menopause Summit. Great experts talking about Solutions and embracing this time. Even got to spend the evening with my cousin Shawna and had supper together. Stay tuned for the next summit in Oct here in Edmonton. Also they have monthly get togethers with experts. Regardless of whether it's sunny or gloomy, I love being able to get out for my walks and taking in all the green, new buds and flowers popping up and new life. We have our robin back in her nest from last year with some eggs. I look forward to this all winter, so I take it all in and am so greatful for the new season. What brings you joy in this season?

I love this event. So many new faces, amazing practitioners all there to help bring renewed energy, health and vitality in so many different ways. I'm there to offer deep chakra healing with the aura. Chakras are amazing vortexes that go through all of the energy fields sending information in and out to the enviroment. They carry so much information. Balancing them brings a balance to the other energy field!!!

Last time out at Outwest Camping & RV Park. We had 24 hours of rain amounting to 5 inches. Took advantage of that time to work on my up and coming workshop on Calming Stress and Anxiety at Balance Wellness. Got out today on the quad and saw this beauty and some cougar and bear tracks. Tracey saw a bear yesterday.
