Claudia is a lifelong sports enthusiast. Being interested in Sports, health and anatomy led her to the career of Athletic therapy
•
Claudia has been in practice since 2011 and has worked with industrial athletes, weekend warriors, even active seniors.
She specializes in soft tissue therapy,
She gives help with proper stretching for Injury recovery.
She puts together individual programs to help with each individual injury in a very personal way

Claudia is available for booking now
She will be at BCR starting October 9th 10am - 6pm

We want to Welcome Melissa to the Team.

Melissa grew up in Bancroft Ontario, where she enjoyed participating in many different sports and spending the majority of her time outdoors. Melissa moved to the Orangeville area where she loves hiking with her dogs, photography, fishing, four-wheeling, but mostly spending time with her family.

Melissa looks forward to meeting all the friendly faces at NCR and BCR.

We want to wish everyone a safe and fun filled long weekend, we will reopen on Tuesday July 2nd.
