As you may (or may not!) know, the letters of Cedar in our name each stand for a different area of life that affects your health.
The "R" stands for "recovery" and the main analog to explain recovery is how the silence between heartbeats is the time that nourishes your heart (with the actual beats nourishing the rest of the body)
To apply that to our real lives, we need to build in times (like sleep) in our days to allow recovery from our "normal" efforts. One way to build in re-nourishment is to listen to podcasts or music while you're doing some of the more mundane things we all have to do in our day.
I'm sharing one podcast I particularly like because it's so not-of-today's-worries. I'm just on the first season but I find it really helps reframe today's busy-ness by transporting you to another century (literally, and literarily). It's not politics or science or entertainment, it's just Jane Eyre

(P. S. I'm also looking forward to the season she reads Frankenstein)
