Heading back to where my heart lives: the Pacific Northwest

Tofino calls me home to salt, cedar, and sea.

With my longboard packed, I'll be winding through cedars
Crashing into the saltwater that's held me countless times
letting the Pacific recharge me
and the rain remind me how to soften.

While I’m there, I’ll be deepening my training
in touch, cranial fascia,
and the science of connection
between mother and child.

This work began with my own babies.
Learning to soothe, to listen,
to connect through presence.

Now, I’m bringing it home to a different community that has held me. To fill the gap in our infant and postpartum care 🤍
