While reflecting on a lifetime of beautiful memories, the family is celebrating the life of Jamie Leah Collins as she journeys home. She will be remembered for her kind and beautiful soul, who gave unconditionally to everyone around her, especially children. Her love, strength, laughter, and compassion touched many lives and will never be forgotten. Go rest high on that mountain peacefully and reunited with kokum and those waiting for you, free from pain and sorrow.
Her spirit will continue to live on in the memories, stories, and love shared by those who knew her. It is with great sadness that we, the family of Ernie Brault of St. Paul, Alberta, announce his sudden passing on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at the age of 59 years.

Ernie was an Automotive Mechanic most of his life and specialized in electrical vehicle systems. Ernie loved being around his family and friends and loved dirt biking, boating, water skiing, camping and fishing, which he did a lot of in his early years.

Ernie leaves to mourn his mother: Priscilla Brault; the mother of his children: Tammy Lucas; two sons: Brennan (Amanda) Lucas, Zach (Jennie) Lucas; one daughter: Kohley (Ben) Kilburn; a grandchild on the way; one sister: Denise (Frank) Brault-Mahé; half brother: Robbie Moosewah; niece: Brittany (Adrien) Jacques; nephews: Nicholas Mahé, Nathan (Julie) Brault; special great niece: Amelia Jacques, as well as a lot of very special friends and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Ernie was predeceased by his father Henry Brault.

As per Ernie’s request, cremation will take place and no funeral service will be held. A memorial gathering of family and friends will take place on the family acreage at a later date.
