Weekend and holiday booking is open to everyone. There is an extra cost for the convenience ($10 extra per every 30 mins of a booked session). *St. Paul dates are subject to a minimum 3 hours booked to make the 100 min round trip drive practical.

Emergency appointments (at my discretion) are an extra $50 PER HOUR in addition to my regular price. This includes:

Appointments before or after my established hours:
M: 10am - 5pm
T: 11am - 6pm
W: 11am - 6pm
T: 10am - 5pm
F: 10am - 5pm
S: 10am - 5pm (1/month)

Appointments that put me over my daily workload limit of 5 hours hands on treatment time

St. Paul clinic update + June schedule

Official letter of eviction came in today. My last day at Portage will be Friday June 26th.

Update: 5pm appointments are no longer available to self-book through the Noterro app.

As many of you know, at the beginning of 2025, I stopped accepting new patients for 5pm appointments. This change was made to honour the clients who have supported me over the years. Despite a notice at the top of my availability posts and at the top of my booking app, some new(er) clients have continued to book this time.

Clients eligible for 5pm appointments are:

Clients who saw me at least 3 times before Dec 31st, 2024
- and -
Clients who have booked at least 3 times per year every year since 2024

If you are one of these clients and you’d like an available 5pm slot, please reach out to me directly via text or DM so I can schedule you in 😀

A little behind with March's anticipated schedule... been very busy between getting my house in St. Paul cleaned up and organizing contractor quotes for a (maybe) new clinic location!

St. Paul clients (Dec 29th)

Edit Dec 28th - we were able to drive the vehicle home.

I wish I was coming here to say Merry Christmas, but there is a small chance I will need to reschedule appointments from Monday for Wednesday if possible.

My husband and I safely made it to Grande Prairie through yesterday's nasty snow storm just to have someone loose control of their vehicle and hit my husband's parked SUV. I may be required to stay in Grande Prairie until Monday to report the accident to their collision center.

Just a little photo update of the office gargoyle George (with a small appearance of Maya)... he is super happy mom finally put out the big balls - except he can't play fetch with these ones!

This just means my Bonnyville clients will need to make sure their throwing arms are in tip top shape to keep George happy the next couple of weeks 😊
