Summer is just around the corner and class bookings open tomorrow!
Not sure how our small studio works for bookings? Simply make an account, fill out your info and waiver, click and select the any class you would like to attend. Prepaying or buying a class package in advance is not required.
Skills 1 (60 minutes): A dynamic combination of strengthening and kinetic stretching, our Skills 1 class encourages you to work at your own level to unlock tight joints, build strength, and improve stability and flexibility. Each session wraps with a guided breathing session. This class is suitable for anyone with previous yoga or pilates experience.
Skills 2 (60 minutes): Our Level 2 mobility training class builds strength, stamina and coordination through more advanced movement, then winds down with guided breath work to restore balance and calm the body.
Conditioning (60 minutes): Our Conditioning class blends dynamic strength training and functional mobility practices to help you build strength, stamina, and aerobic capacity. Varying week to week, each class follows a circuit of upper and lower body exercisesโincorporating weights, resistance bands, and supportive propsโand ends with guided breathwork. This class is suitable for those who regularly attend one of our Skills classes or for those who have previous experience with mobility training.
Menโs Circuit (60 minutes): This full-body mobility workout is specifically designed to address common menโs mobility issues such as limited range of motion and muscle stiffness. Each class follows a circuit of key upper and lower body system exercises and finishes with guided breathwork.
