Meet ! Carly is returning to Flow Physio + Wellness after her mat leave with her son. She is a Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor (and also a fellow Australian Shepherd owner)
Also fun fact! Carly & David worked at the same clinic once upon a time so they’ve known each other the longest at Flow!

Carly will be working as part of our physiotherapy team providing Clinical Pilates services at Flow alongside Ashley and Jin

• 1:1 Clinical Pilates availability (reformer and mat)
Fridays 11:30AM - 3:30PM

• Small Group Clinical Pilates Mat Series with Carly
Wednesdays April 22 - June 10 6:00-6:50PM
Focuses on postural mobility and strength, spinal stability and core endurance, and hip mobility and stability. Each class builds upon the class prior with body education and injury prevention woven in.

Carly also teaches Reformer Classes Friday mornings at - our neighbours across the street on Temperance! Check them out for consistent Pilates practice 🙂

Infant Massage & Gross Motor Milestone Play Workshop with Monday March 30th from 10:30-11:30AM

Questions!? We’ve got answers 👇
What topics are covered? Massage techniques to help with muscles imbalances (and how to spot them!), reflux/colic symptoms, gas/digestion, congestion, teething pain, reflexology, and exercises to help meet gross motor skills

What age is this workshop intended for? This workshop is best suited for babies under the age of 1 year. We have had babies as little as 2 weeks old and up to 1 year of age. You can message me to see if this would be a good fit for you and your child if you are unsure!

How is the workshop structured? You will fill out a health history form prior to attending the class, Kristen does an interview and assessment with each baby and we go through the techniques and exercises as a group as well as receiving individual support

What if I can’t remember all of this info?! There is a LOT of information in this workshop and Kristen will send you home with a booklet with all of the information that we go through in the class.
