Reiki Share🎗️Today is World Cancer Day, a day that holds deep significance for me and so many others. Those who know my story understand the profound impact cancer has had on my life. It has taken loved ones from me and altered my journey in ways I never could have imagined.
One of the reasons I discovered Reiki was to support my sister through her own battle. That experience led me to the path of healing. Reiki became more than just a practice—it became a way to offer comfort, strength, and hope in the face of unimaginable challenges. Ultimately it became the motivating factor behind the Reiki Healing Association, created to support the incredible work of talented energy practitioners and teachers around the world who dedicate their time and lives to offering support and healing to those in need as they navigate life's challenges.
I know this day holds immense meaning for many within our Reiki community. It is a time to honour those we have lost, recognise the strength and courage of those still fighting and in remission, and appreciate the unwavering support of their families and loved ones. Behind every diagnosis lies a deeply personal story, stories of grief, pain, healing, resilience, love, and hope.
No one wants to experience the impact of cancer or face the battle against it. But today, we come together and send healing to all those affected.
