Monday was an absolute joy! Avery and her mom, Danielle, joined us with their business to share some Christmas glitter tattoo magic. Along with all the sparkle and laughter, we were treated to some truly heart-warming stories that made the day even more special. Residents are still happily showing off their festive tattoos and smiling from ear to ear!

On Friday, we celebrated Gingerbread Day by dressing in our festive gingerbread attire and, of course, enjoying delicious homemade gingerbread cookies prepared by our wonderful chef, Mathew. We also had the pleasure of being entertained by a Christmas show from the Sparklettes, they always put on an amazing performance!

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from Central Public School as they entertained us with their talented school band. Students from Grades 4–8 filled the room with festive Christmas music, bringing so much joy to everyone who attended.

On Tuesday evening, we had such a wonderful time with the Beavers!
We began the night with a cozy Christmas story time, followed by a fun craft where we created festive wreaths using the shapes of the Beavers’ hands. We wrapped up the evening with a heartfelt reading of ’Twas the Night Before Christmas. It was a truly magical night shared together!

We had such a wonderful time putting up our Christmas trees last week! Residents, families, and staff all joined in, making it a truly festive and joyful experience.

Last Sunday was full of laughter and smiles! We played “Showercap Shenanigans,” where residents wore shower caps topped with shaving cream, and then took turns tossing cheese balls onto each other’s heads for points. It was hilarious from start to finish and we’ll definitely be playing this one again!

Vedanta Living hits King Street with our residents and staff for the Bowmanville Santa Claus Parade! We had such a great time, so many smiles, laughs, and festive vibes all around. Can’t wait to do it all again next year! 🎄✨

🎄✨ Our residents and staff had a blast decorating the golf carts for the Bowmanville Santa Claus Parade on Friday! One cart became a proud reindeer, and the other transformed into Santa’s sleigh, and honestly, they knocked it out of the park! 🦌🎅

We had such a wonderful time at Watson’s Farm last week, picking pumpkins, visiting the farm animals, and enjoying the crisp autumn air. It was a fun-filled day for everyone!
