Today, we brought the Olympics to Vedanta Living! 🏅 We spent the afternoon competing in snowball toss, table curling, and bean bag toss, and the energy was incredible from start to finish.

A big congratulations to all of our participants, and a huge thank you to our amazing cheerleaders for keeping spirits high!

To top it all off, we were treated to a special surprise visit from former Olympian Lori, who competed in the half-pipe at the 1998 Olympics. She even left some of her Olympic gear for us to try on and take photos with, such a fun and memorable experience for everyone!

This week, we also had the joy of welcoming Sophie (Vedanta employee) and her sister, who delighted us with beautiful violin performances as we sang along to beloved Christmas melodies. It was truly heartwarming to see the room filled with so much Christmas cheer and love.

To top off the afternoon, we were thrilled to surprise our residents and staff with an incredibly generous Christmas gift from the owners of Vedanta Living, Ravi and Bill, a moment that brought big smiles, gratitude, and even more holiday magic to the room. It truly felt like Christmas morning.

We’re not ready to let the Christmas season end here at Vedanta Living! 🎄 This week was full of festive fun, starting with our Resident Gift Exchange (White Elephant), where the lantern turned out to be the most stolen item of the day! Congratulations to Eileen, who had the final steal and took it home.

We then celebrated everyone’s favorite holiday mischief maker, the Grinch! (Who doesn’t love the Grinch?) To wrap up yesterday, we had the joy of meeting our adopted family for Christmas. Seeing their smiles as they received the incredibly generous gifts from our residents truly warmed our hearts.

Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of hosting our annual Holiday Tea, and it was such a special afternoon. Our Great Room was filled with smiles, laughter, and the joy of residents spending time with their families and friends. We were also touched by a lovely surprise visit from the choir at Central Public School, whose Christmas caroling filled the space with warmth and holiday spirit. It was a truly meaningful and heart-warming celebration for everyone who attended. 🎄✨

Monday was an absolute joy! Avery and her mom, Danielle, joined us with their business to share some Christmas glitter tattoo magic. Along with all the sparkle and laughter, we were treated to some truly heart-warming stories that made the day even more special.
