So I have been on a journey for the passed 18 months. The first pic was Jan 2020 Second Pic May 1 2021 and the 3rd pic May 31st. On May 1st along with continuing my NR movement program for the concussion, Plexus product I have gotten up every morning and exercise my spiritual health as well as exercise my physical health. As most of you know I callased just over a year ago exercising. Have suffered a bad concussion I had a huge fear of any physical activity. I didn't ski this year I avoided anything that would get the heart rate up to much. This has been a huge journey for me. A challenge went out by one of our pastors to make a goal and stick with it for a week. I took that as an opportunity but also a chlenge to kick fear to the curb. This has not been easy. My daughter is also learning. Every morning she says should you be doing that mom. As it was her I was exercising with when I callasped and went unconscious.She has watched me struggle for over a year with headaches balance issues memory issues so I am teaching her that sometimes freak things happen but you can't alow that to define your future. Yes there are curtain exercise move I just can't do YET and I am very careful. But I am getting stronger by the day. Fear is a Liar and it will not hold me back in my wellness journey. Keep pushing on everyone. Never give up. I hope this is encouraging to you. If you have any questions about my wellness journey please reach out. It has been a multiple thing to get me where I am today. My essential oils keep me relaxed and focused, my Plexus has helped with weight loss and exercise just helps all around.

This is what Sarahbis fundraiser for through S And S Creations Minisrty. The Refuge is a Ministry that our daughter and I feel very passionate about. Help Sarah make a difference in our community by purchasing one of her paintings or art projects..

Help us build affordable housing for youth.

The Refuge learned recently that our application for the Federal Government's Rapid Housing Initiative (RHI) was declined due to overwhelming requests for funding (75% of proposals were declined). However, we regularly see the effect that the lack of affordable housing has on youth. So we are still determined to do something about the problem.

The Refuge is confident and has a plan to secure funding to renovate/convert the building but in order to do so, we need to secure the purchase of the facility. As such, we are reaching out to you to raise $2 million in a very short time.
