Here is a quick clip of a shoulder treatment.

🪢 I’m using prolonged compression to allow the client to relax tight muscles.
🪢Once the muscles have relaxed, I use stretch to get rid of the tightness or adhesions within the muscle.
🪢I work into all of the small spots around the joint, making sure the joint moves freely.
