While we wait for the spring equinox, the return and possibilities of the sun.
I share a song of hope I recorded on a beautiful sunny day! ☀️

The times we’re in, are pushing our limits, beliefs and boundaries.

We can begin each day or choose again throughout, to come back to our center, breathe and listen.

That place of center, we can stay true, tune in and nurture.
From that God Source center we can be guided to take care of our environments, ourselves, people and communities around us.

What we think and feel inside, what we nurture and care for- will be expressed outward around us too. Let’s be the change we want to see. ☮️

Christmas is drawing near.
For some of us, family can be complicated, for others it may be warm & bright.

Whatever path you’re on with family, questions may arise.
Can I take this for much longer?
What’s this all supposed to be teaching me?
It’s too hard to face.
I wish I had the family others can rely on.
OR
Thank God I have these caring people in my life.
How did I get so lucky with our family?
What did I do to get all the love and safety I need?

As souls, we embark on family contracts even before we arrive in this life.
These are among the most powerful bonds—lasting a lifetime.
They can become our greatest teachers.
They offer our souls choices and opportunities for growth.

After my father lost two of his sons, he found himself at the edge of life itself.
Asking God, “Why my sons?”
He wanted to join them many times and realized he had my two sons he must live for.
Which, in fact, deepened our family’s healing in ways I could not have imagined.

Family healing is rarely a straight path.
It’s filled with turbulence, steep climbs, and rocky edges.

Since becoming a parent, my life has felt like a pilgrim’s journey.
Once I was guided to write this book, so much changed for my family and me.

I am Ashley . 😁

My soul has changed many times over the years and continues. I am a humble owner of Founding Roots intuitive Reiki & Coaching, proud mother of two incredible young gentlemen, and an upcoming self-published author.

The last six years writing has taught me:

💫 To follow my heart even when I’m not sure where it’s taking me.
💫Persevere when things don’t turn out as I thought.
💫My personal story became my own medicine.
💫It’s OK to cry and let love bring me closer to myself.
💫I can never have enough edits.
💫Divine timing is guiding the ship, when I allow that, I embody the process and gain the most from it.

Been together on and off for 16 years

Honesty
Compassion

Mutual desire

Some parts come easier, being best friends.
Many parts are still upsetting, challenging and tiring.

When we both work on our own individual parts and come together compassionately, we keep choosing love.

Express yourself with music. The fairies are due to sing, play a musical instrument, tap your fingers, or crank up the stereo.

2: Raising your standards
Don’t settle for less than your dreams. Once you make the commitment to manifest an improved situation, the universe will find a way to deliver it to you.

3: Awaken your true self
You are beginning to recover your natural identity, including your old sense of humor, interests, passions, and desires. Trust that any confusion or changes you are currently experiencing our part of your healthful evolution.

4: Miracle healing
Expect a miracle. You have prayed for assistance, and it is forthcoming. The more completely you surrender your situation of God, the more rapidly you will realize your healing.
