For those new to my page, welcome!
I am Ashley . 😁

My soul has changed many times over the years and continues. I am a humble owner of Founding Roots intuitive Reiki & Coaching, proud mother of two incredible young gentlemen, and an upcoming self-published author.

The last six years writing has taught me:

💫 To follow my heart even when I’m not sure where it’s taking me.
💫Persevere when things don’t turn out as I thought.
💫My personal story became my own medicine.
💫It’s OK to cry and let love bring me closer to myself.
💫I can never have enough edits.
💫Divine timing is guiding the ship, when I allow that, I embody the process and gain the most from it.

Been together on and off for 16 years
What’s made this partnership grow?

Honesty
Compassion
Self accountability
Mutual desire
Safety in being vulnerable

Some parts come easier, being best friends.
Many parts are still upsetting, challenging and tiring.

When we both work on our own individual parts and come together compassionately, we keep choosing love.

Express yourself with music. The fairies are due to sing, play a musical instrument, tap your fingers, or crank up the stereo.

2: Raising your standards
Don’t settle for less than your dreams. Once you make the commitment to manifest an improved situation, the universe will find a way to deliver it to you.

3: Awaken your true self
You are beginning to recover your natural identity, including your old sense of humor, interests, passions, and desires. Trust that any confusion or changes you are currently experiencing our part of your healthful evolution.

4: Miracle healing
Expect a miracle. You have prayed for assistance, and it is forthcoming. The more completely you surrender your situation of God, the more rapidly you will realize your healing.

🫶🏻 Safe space 🐕

Charlie has been in training for the last year and half.
We only began invited snuggles on beds and sofa a couple months ago.

Training him to be a support dog is my mission.
When he’s 2 years old we will begin further training.

For now, lay down snuggles feel grounding and safe.
Wish I could bring him to visit communities in Gaza 💙
