Today, I spent most of my day going through old photo albums with my son… reliving moments that somehow feel like yesterday and a lifetime ago all at once.

The tiny hands.

The sleepless nights.

The laughter echoing through the house.
The tears, the mistakes, the growth… all of it.

And as I sat there reflecting over the years of raising my children, I realized something so deeply within me: beyond any accomplishment, any title, any business success… you two are my greatest achievement in this life.

Being your mom has been the greatest privilege I could have ever been given.

That being “put together” meant never struggling.
Never resting.
Never falling apart.

But real strength is honesty.
Real healing is allowing yourself to soften without guilt.

You do not need to earn rest.
