If pumping hurts, takes forever, or feels frustrating… it may not be your supply. It may be your fl**ge fit.

And almost no one talks about that.

The “standard” fl**ges that come with pumps often aren’t individualized — and many moms are using sizes that may be too big.

Sometimes a better fit can mean:
✨ more comfort
✨ better output
✨ less time pumping

That’s why I’m so excited to offer in-clinic fl**ge fitting + pump optimization appointments in Bowmanville (something totally unique in our area) ‼️

We can trial different sizes and shapes in person and optimize your pump settings so you can stop guessing.

Comment PUMP and I’ll send booking info ✨

Save this for your next pumping session and share with a pumping mama.

“Standard fl**ge size” is one of the biggest myths in pumping.

And it’s costing moms their comfort… and their milk.

Most pumps come with 21–24mm fl**ges
👉 but many women need something completely different.

So what happens?
Pain.
Low output.
Endless pumping sessions that leave you frustrated.

And you start to wonder if it’s you…

It’s not.
It’s the fit.

I’m a Registered Nurse + lactation specialist, and I correct this every single week in clinic.

‼️ When we fix the fit, everything changes.

And right now — this is exclusively offered in-clinic I measure, assess, and have you try different sizes + shapes in real time while we optimize your pump settings.

✨ This is currently ONLY available in Bowmanville
and not something offered elsewhere locally

If you’ve been struggling — don’t keep guessing 🤍

Most moms don’t learn this until they’re already struggling.

It’s 2am.
Your baby won’t latch.
You’re exhausted… and trying to figure it out in real time.

And no one told you this was something you could learn before your baby arrives.

Hand expression and colostrum collection is one of the most simple, powerful things you can do to prepare for feeding.

Especially if:
• baby has trouble latching
• you’re separated after birth
• you just want a backup plan
• you don’t want to feel lost in those first few days

You don’t have to go into it blind.

How many naps have you spent stuck like this…? 🫠

Every nap = stuck.
Every night = the same cycle.

And somewhere along the way… you started calling it “normal.”

But deep down?🫩

You’re exhausted.
And you want a change.

She was in the exact same place... contact naps, co-sleeping, feeling like there was no other option. Unsure of how to make a change that felt right to her and her babe.

✨ Now?
Her baby sleeps independently.
She has her evenings back.
And she finally feels like herself again.

Not because her baby is “easy”
Not because she got lucky

But because she had a custom plan + high touch support the whole way through.

You don’t have to keep doing this 🩷

You are not meant to be figuring out breastfeeding while crying at 2am 🤱🏼

And yet… that’s when most moms reach out.

Exhausted.
In pain.
Second-guessing everything. 😩

But the calmest postpartum transitions?
They start during pregnancy.

When you secure your care ahead of time, you get:
✔ A nurse already in your corner
✔ A clear feeding plan
✔ Priority postpartum scheduling
✔ Real support — not panic Googling

📢 And right now 👇

For a limited time, when you book the Supported Beginnings Package, you’ll receive a FREE prenatal breastfeeding education session so you walk into birth feeling informed, confident, and prepared.

Because this isn’t reactive support.
It’s intentional care.☺️

Postpartum availability can be limited, secure real support now and I prioritize you.

If you’re pregnant and planning to breastfeed (or even considering it):

💌 DM me “SUPPORT” and I’ll send you the details.

Girl… let’s do this the supported way.

🥰One of the kindest things a client has ever said to me was this:

“Talking to you always felt like chatting with a very thoughtful and caring friend - so thank YOU for that ❤️ "

That sentence has stayed with me — because that’s exactly how I want parents to feel when they work with me.

Not rushed.
Not judged.
Not like they need to have everything figured out before asking for help.

When sleep or feeding feels hard, the weight isn’t just physical — it’s emotional. And in those moments, most parents don’t need more noise or pressure. They need someone steady. Someone who can pause with them, take things in, and help them find clarity again.

That’s the kind of care I offer.

Evidence-based, yes — but also deeply human.

✨ If this is the kind of support you’ve been looking for, you’re in the right place.

One year ago, this started as a hope that I could build something meaningful while holding space for families in some of their most vulnerable seasons 🤍 to use my knowledge and personal experience to help others through theirs.

This year taught me that this work is so much more than feeding plans or sleep schedules. It’s about listening without judgment. Sitting on the floor with tired parents. Holding space for guilt, worry, relief, and pride — often all at once. It’s about helping families feel informed, supported, and confident in their decisions, not someone else’s expectations.

I’ve learned how deeply feeding and sleep are connected to mental health, identity, and the transition into parenthood. I’ve learned the power of collaboration, community, and referral networks that truly want the best for families. And I know how much trust it takes to invite someone into your home, your inbox, or your story — that trust is never lost on me.

As I head into the new year, I’m continuing my IBCLC coursework, expanding pumping and fl**ge-specific care, and building more comprehensive support packages — all with the same intention I started with: compassionate, evidence-informed, and responsive care that meets families where they are.

Thank you to every family, provider, and community space that supported this first year. Thank you for trusting me, recommending me, and being part of this work.
I’m so grateful to be here — and so excited for what’s ahead 🤍

Happy New Years Eve 🎉
