✨ 8 YEARS AT THE YOGA JUNGLE ✨

Today marks 8 years at the studio, and wow… I’m honestly feeling so full of gratitude I don’t even know where to begin!

What started as a dream has grown into a space filled with movement, breath, courage, laughter, healing, and the most incredible community. Through every season - the highs, the challenges, the growth, the transformations - you have been the heart of this place! 🙏

Thank you for trusting me, for showing up on your mats and in the silks, for trying something new, for supporting this studio, and for bringing your energy into this space. The Yoga Jungle is what it is because of you, and I’m endlessly grateful to share this journey with such a beautiful community!

Over the years I have been blessed to share this practice with you - your play, your growth, your smile, your flow, your love for this practice and hearing about your shifts/journey/experience that you had - all of it lights me up 🫶

Today we roll into our 8th year at the studio 😱 yes our 8th year! Its crazy I know but every moment I’ve shared with you has been a page in my journey book too - the joy, the lessons, my reason why 🫶

My goal has always been to offer love, encouragement and support all while providing practices, that support you on your journey through life 💛

Sizing tip: Jenna is wearing a large for a cozy oversized feel — a medium also fits beautifully if you want it slightly less oversized.

- oversized, cozy, and wonderfully soft! The kind of hoodie you throw on after class, live in all weekend, and somehow end up wearing everywhere!

✨ Details you’ll love:
- Heather grey, oversized fit with a front kangaroo pouch
- Super soft fleece on the inside, smooth cotton on the outside
- Unisex fit | Sizes XS–4XL
- 60% cotton / 40% polyester fleece (aka peak coziness)
- Easy to wash - inside out, tumble dry low

For reference: I am wearing a size large for that comfy, cozy, oversized feel! But I do feel a medium would also fit great for a slightly less oversized look 🧘‍♀️

Hoodies will only be available through PREORDER and not in studio - creating less waste in the world is always one of our goals while also supporting local businesses!

It’s speaking kindly to yourself - offering words of encouragement and love

It’s shifting your mindset from fearful heavy thoughts to optimistic, warm, hopeful ones

It’s choosing things that lead and align to more positive outcomes

It’s a belief that everything is constantly in motion and everything is changeable - even if it’s just your perspective or finding more peace through a breath

Masking over it with toxic positivity is different - but having a belief that things will shift, adjust and brighter days are ahead - a belief in something greater is where it all begins 💛✨
