The simplest forms can feel so good ✨
This stretch through my chest, back and hips I can’t achieve the same way on anything else!
Being held by a soft supportive hammock - allowing my body to move, bend and open freely!
Moving in ways my body now craves! ✨
Before - I use to sit all day, typing away, sitting on my feet in chairs that were way too big for me. My body ached, I was often hunched over and had very little flexibility 😅
I noticed signs of carpal tunnel starting in my wrists - my rib constantly displacing from sitting crooked all the time - my body hurt 🫠
From my first aerial yoga class I could feel the difference it made to my body! I felt taller, my back/rib hurt less, I felt lighter, braver and my wrists strengthened ✨
Today, I live pain free, I move with easy, I stand tall and my flexibility has only improved over the years! ☀️✨
Forever in love with how this practice helps heal my body! 🙏
