Our Story

We are Muskoka Health professionals who understand that living in Muskoka is the key to our health and well-being. We recognized that there is a growing need in our communities for additional services to fill the shortages created by an overly burdened healthcare system. Our combined experiences motivated us to create TLC Muskoka to ensure that the quality of life that brings people to Muskoka continues. We are committed to providing quality service and care to our friends and neighbours in our communities. The TLC Muskoka team consists of registered nurses, personal support workers, and healthcare aides. We select our staff for their compassion, empathy, and self-motivation.

TLC Muskoka provides two distinct but connected health care services:

Home Health Care service is available to all residents in Muskoka, Parry Sound and Simcoe. No matter where you live, apartment, house, cottage or assisted living facility, our team will come to you. We will work with you and your family to develop a care plan that fits your unique needs.

Our Nursing Shift Relief is available to hospitals, Long-Term Care Homes, Retirement homes and medical clinics who find themselves unable to fill shifts due to staff absences or vacancy. We also offer consultation to residences for audits, resident care plans, Ministry compliance and innovative revenue generators.
