Yoga Myth #1: “I’m not flexible enough.”
The truth?
You don’t become flexible before yoga.
You meet your body as it is — and let it change in its own time.
And honestly ? It isn’t always about flexibility , it’s simply about mindfully , and lovingly showing up as you are and allowing your body to organically move .
Some days you’ll move more.
Some days you’ll rest more.
Both are part of the practice.
