Cedar is one of the 4 sacred medicines of these lands I call home. It is often to referred to as "the tree of life" Both Red Western Cedar in British Columbia & White Eastern Cedar in Ontario are a source of spiritual cleansing, & cleanses & purifies the subtle energies of low vibrations.

Some time ago, an elder I traveled with in BC told me to add it to my bath for anger. It washes away anger with ease.

Distillation uses all 5 elements. The process of combining the forces of the 5 elements with prayer & gratitude, knowledge & wisdom is pure magic.

Each plant has its own abilities to transcend and shift ones cells, emotions, and state. In the act of distillation the plants become a distilled version of themselves (like human high self), with the elements and the one who chooses (me/muse). One can further understand this concept with our own suffering. To find purpose and peace, we must take the overall lessons of our suffering and distill them into a version of ourself that is both authentic and pure.

The same goes for the plants. This kind of heart centered medicine making is the way I serve you. In fullness, in truth, in mastery and of course with alchemy and love ❤️

What happens when we have freedom to choose what we do with our time, our nervous system can relax in a way that naturally opposes the frenetic culture.

In particular to the feminine part of us, that is not linear, always productive, or analytical. We need rest, we need no schedule, our bodies need freedom to not always be running, doing. In the early years of starting my business , I was totally in the masculine overworking , overdoing, insane output, chasing, growing.

Something happened 🤔 with my highest sales year, my biggest account, came a feeling of being in a job I disliked. With time & observation I witnessed that the bigger I got as a company the more stressed I grew. So over time I stopped supplying my biggest account.

Here's what happened! My energy, creativity came back, my quality of life improved, I had more time to take care of myself (how do you run a wellness company and not take care of myself - easy I had to outgrow the culture of not taking care of myself).

When we are run into the ground, there is no creativity, no freedom, no self care - this goes against our innate feminine body that needs that very love.

So let my experience teach you. Freedom is in our time and our state.

There are 2 main ways to use Love North Facial Serums.

1. 1-2 drops pressed into the skin for daily moisture
2. 3 drops pressed into the skin and followed with pressing a warm cloth all over the face. This method can be used in the morning or night, allowing the good oils to go deeper into the epidermis - this avoids any possible oil sitting on top of the skin (this can happen if we have dead skin cells on the top layer of the skin)
