Incredibly basic I know but starting your morning with intention — the moment you wake up — sets the tone for everything that follows.

Here’s why 👇🏼

💦 You build momentum immediately
Your brain looks for patterns. When the first action of your day is positive (water, movement, prayer, journaling, stepping outside), you create a quick win. Wins build momentum. Momentum builds habits.

💦You shift from reactive to proactive
If you wake up and immediately scroll, rush, or snooze 3 times, your nervous system starts in chaos. When you start intentionally, you lead your day instead of letting it lead you.
