Our 6-week virtual grief support group for adults, Life After Loss, is starting soon!

The group will meet on Zoom every Tuesday from 6-7:30pm, starting on January 6th and concluding on February 10th.

Join others who are navigating bereavement to explore themes of self-compassion, emotions, boundaries, and meaning-making in a supportive space.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Longest Night Service. Your presence, the candles you lit, and the stories you shared in remembrance of your loved ones made the evening deeply meaningful. It was an honour to gather together in reflection, remembrance, and quiet support.

A heartfelt thank you as well to the Bracebridge Ministerial for officiating and guiding us through the service with such care and compassion.
