✨ Endings: A 6-Week Community Journey through Change & Renewal

•Honour transitions.
•Grieve what has passed.
•Gather the wisdom of endings.
•Step into new beginnings with clarity and possibility.

About: Endings are part of the rhythm of life. They arrive quietly or with great force — the closing of chapters, the shifting of relationships, the letting go of what once was. Too often, we rush past them, asking ourselves to “move on” before our hearts have caught up.

What it is: This 6-week group is an invitation to pause, honour, and explore the terrain of endings — together. Through five online gatherings and one immersive weekend retreat, we will create a supportive, non-judgmental space to reflect, grieve, celebrate, and transform.✨

Format:
Five Online Gatherings - 1.5 hours long
One half-day Immersion (breath work, yoga, nature rituals, community connection)
✨ Together we will:

•Create a safe, supportive circle for exploring change
•Develop skills to steer the direction of our experience of endings
•Widen our capacity to be with endings in a constructive and nurturing way
•Allow endings to nourish growth and renewal
•Witness and be witnessed in community

Anyone who is seeking meaningful connection, intentional reflection, and community. ✨

By mid-summer, life can feel like it’s moving at full speed - long days, packed calendars, and the quiet pressure to squeeze the most out of every moment. With so much brightness and activity, it becomes essential to pause and return to yourself. 🌿

This month at Kind, we’re exploring how consistent yoga practice can help us stay grounded amidst the movement of the season.

Whether it’s through stillness or strength, flow or rest, showing up on the mat gives us a chance to realign - body, mind, and energy. A moment to move at your own pace, listen inward, and feel what’s true for you.
