Hello everyone!

I just realized that my last post never made it on here.

I just wanted to share that although The physical Nook no longer exists, there is still a vision that Tina and I are holding in different physical and virtual spaces, so we are keeping this page live for all of you that have been with us in this precious and humble space over the years.

I have missed The Nook and all of you that showed up at all hours of the day to move, distill and be present to all that is through the vehicles of Yoga and so much more.

We're so grateful for all of you and all the love and trust you poured into this space with us!

Maybe one day we'll have a physical space again.

Monday : 9 00am - 10 00 am Restorative (stories and stress relief) only on zoom.
wednesday 900am - 10 30am online zoom and at Nita lake lodge live must book in advance due to numbers.
wednesday 12 00pm - 1 00pm spiritual warrior online zoom and live at nita lake (no evening class)
Friday 7 30am - 8 30am Ashtanga led only on zoom

This is my last week at my home The Nook
I have enjoyed the last 3 years in this beautiful place, and teaching my privates here.

i lived in whistler 14 years and that is where i am going back to set up my Yoga Lab and pain clinic.

I want to Thank everyone during the past 3 years it has been wonderful and my garden always made me so very happy.

You will find me Online and in whistler now setting up my new adventure i felt like my life was always on hold here in Brackendale but now i will be with my community creating some advanced programs and trainings on line.

Mental health and injures will be part of new programs, using my beloved yoga wall and many other techniques for deep healing.

i will be running online courses in the forest, and new yoga initiatives for the future how ever this may look to us.

i will be also sharing my medicinal mushrooms as i grow more share with you the deep understanding of fungi on my courses.

i have my 800 hour 1 year program which is full at this time now next intake will advise.

i will be running short courses get the results you want with out compromising the ancient teachings.
