Day 13 complete. What a busy day today was! I had a couple of private massages, sent the inner voice harmonics to my existing clients, caught up on paperwork, spoke to a few new people about emotion code and inner voice, went to the dentist and finished off my evening with a great Zumba class. I am so thankful to have my harmonics to listen to at the end of such a busy day!

Today is the end of day 7. One week down two to go! For the first few days I didn’t notice much of a difference, but both yesterday and today I definitely felt more calm after listening to my tones. I also seem to feel very excited while listening to them. I can’t wait to see where the rest of this 21 day challenge takes me!
