At Pose Yoga 4U we offer a gentle style of yoga classes that are small and personalized, emphasizing individual needs and incorporating breath and relaxation as well as the postures to balance and rejuvenate the nervous system, mind and body.
For the last few years I have been focused on promoting health, wellness and mindfulness in a relaxed and nurturing setting. We have a peaceful, eco-friendly, intimate studio ready to offer classes where you will gain confidence to add a yoga practice into your life, to connect to your body and learn how to move in a gentle way.
Classes will be safe, supportive and personalized to meet individual needs. Students of all ages will gain immeasurable life skills, poise, and a sense of serenity. You will leave our yoga classes feeling elevated, with a sense of calm and confidence from within.
